Credai to reach out to homebuyers

To hold multi-location exhibition

The Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (Credai), Chennai, has come out with a first-of-its-kind multi-location exhibition to reach out to homebuyers across different locations.

Called ‘My Location Property Booking Fair’ , the expo will be held on September 1 and 2 covering South East Chennai (Adyar, Thiruvanmiyur, Besant Nagar, ECR, OMR & Velachery), North Chennai (Vepery, Kilpauk, Purasawalkam, Egmore, Chetpet, Aminjikarai, Parrys and Perambur), and South Chennai (Guindy, Saidapet, Nanganallur, Madipakkam, Medavakkam, Adampakkam, Pallavaram, Chrompet, Tambaram and beyond ) Hotel Park Hyatt, Guindy.

The second round will be held on September 8 and 9 covering Central Chennai (T-Nagar, Alwarpet, RA Puram, Mylapore, Nungambakkam, West Mambalam, Egmore, Saidapet, Kodambakkam, Teynampet and Nandanam), South West Chennai (Vadapalani, Saligaramam, Porur, Valasarawakkam, KK Nagar, Chinmaya Nagar, Virugambakkam, Ashok Nagar & Kodambakkam) and West Chennai (Koyambedu, Maduravoyal, Nerkundram, Anna Nagar, Mogappair, Ambattur, Avadi, Redhills, Madhavaram, Koratur, Porur & Poonamallee and beyond )

“This property fair is unique because it happens in your neighbourhood. People who live in distant locations generally don’t come for our expos so we now want to get the expo closer to their homes,” said W.S. Habib, President, Credai Chennai.

Over 60 major builders with prominent bankers will display options for the visitors.
