The conference, organised by the Collaborative Medical Oncology Group, saw medical professionals sharing the data of a study done at 28 cancer centres in various States, including Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka, and discussed ways of using the data for a host of purposes, from cancer prevention to palliation.
