With March 31 being the last date for payment of water and sewer tax, the Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (CMWSSB) will keep its cash counters open until 8 p.m. on that day.
Consumers may remit tax and charges through www.chennaimetrowater.tn.gov.in using credit, debit cards and through netbanking and avoid surcharge, said a press release.
