Film producer Muktha Govind died here on Wednesday after suffering a heart attack. He is the husband
of dancer and Kalakshetra director Priyadarsini Govind.
He is the son of Muktha Ramaswamy, who is veteran film producer Muktha Srinivasan’s brother. He recently produced the film ‘Sivappu’. Family
friends said he was
at his residence in Mylapore when he suffered the attack.
Ms. Govind was in Italy for a dance performance at the time, and is rushing back to Chennai.
