Sri Thyaga Brahma Gana Sabha will organise Saint Tyagaraja Aradhana celebrations from February 17 to 22.
It will honour veteran vidwan Sripada Pinakapaani with the ‘Thyaga Brahma Nadha Vibhushan' title at 5.45 p.m. on Friday at Vani Mahal. A cash award of Rs.1.5 lakh instituted by P. Vijayakumar Reddy and Preetha Reddy in memory of P.Obul Reddy and P.Gnanambal, will be presented. The highlight of the celebration is the Pancha Ratna Kritis rendition on February 19, at 10 a.m. according to a press release.
