According to an official press release, C.V. Rao, Inspector General of Police (IG), Railways, Chennai, is promoted and posted as Additional Director General of Police (ADGP)/Director of Civil Defence & Additional Commandant General, Home Guards, Chennai.
K.P. Maghendhran, IG, Crime, Chennai, is promoted and posted as ADGP, Crime, Chennai, in place of Archana Ramasundaram holding additional charge.
S. George, IG/Chief Vigilance Officer, State Transport Corporation (Madurai) Ltd., Nagercoil, is promoted and posted as ADGP/Chief Vigilance Officer, State Transport Corporation (Madurai) Ltd., Nagercoil.
T.K. Rajendran, IGP/Member Secretary, Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board, Chennai, is promoted and posted as ADGP, Administration, Chennai, in place of R. Sekar who is transferred and posted as ADGP, Training, Chennai.
