Wealth case hearing adjourned

The Special Court, which is trying the disproportionate assets case against Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa, on Saturday adjourned further proceedings till February 29 after recording answers of V.K. Sasikala, a co-accused, to the 68 questions.

B.M. Mallikarjunaiah, judge of 36 Additional City Civil and Sessions Court and Special Judge, posted the case to February 29 for recording of answers of Ms. Sasikala after rejecting the pleas of her counsel to adjourn proceedings till March 3.
