A two-year-old boy was killed on the spot after a water tanker ran over him in Electronic City on saturday. Arun Kumar was playing in front of the house when the tanker passed by. The driver failed to notice Arun, who came under the wheels. The driver fled the scene and abandoned the vehicle. The Electronic City police have taken up a case.
