The Karnataka High Court on Monday set aside the Government order of allotting land adjacent to Turahalli forest area for building a memorial for actor Vishnuvardhan.
The High Court upheld that the Government could not have allotted the land as law prohibits occupancy of land around 100 mts radius of reserve forests cannot be granted.
