The Bangarpet police have arrested two persons on charge of selling liquor illegally in Bangarpet town on Saturday.
According to the police, Gopal and Mutthu were arrested after a raid was conducted on Railway Station Road based on a tip-off. The police caught the two with liquor packets inside an autorickshaw. The duo had no licence to sell liquor, the police said in a release.
A case has been registered.
