After stopping train services for over three days, the Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation (BMRCL) finally restored services between M.G. Road and Indiranagar stations on the purple line at around 9.35 a.m. on Tuesday.

Chief PRO of BMRCL B.L.Yashavanth Chavan said, “Trains started moving towards Trinity Metro Station at around 9.35 a.m. We will be operating train services with normal frequency after some time.”

The official said that till train services were restored on Tuesday morning, shuttle bus services were provided for office goers from Cubbon Park metro station.
