The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) has proposed to take up white topping of a few roads with the approval of the State government. The proposed roads are Hosur Road (from Anepalya Junction to Forum Mall), 20th Main Road, Koramangala (Ganesh Temple Road), and Outer Ring Road (from Guruguntepalya Metro Station to Yeshwanthpur Metro Station).

The work will begin on October 29 and is likely to go on till December 29.

The BBMP had sought approval from the traffic police in this regard. Traffic will be prohibited on these roads during this period.

Traffic will also be diverted owing to work on the eight-lane corridor with loops, underpass, and underbridges between Okalipuram Junction and Fountain Circle. Vehicles from Rajajinagar to Fountain Circle (Majestic) will have to take left at PF Circle and then U-turn after Getse Church to reach Majestic. Buses will take right near Krishna Flour Mill to reach Majestic via Dhanvantri Road. Vehicles from Malleswaram to Rajajinagar will take a U-turn near Fountain Circle to reach Rajajinagar.
