Three more FIRs against Yeddyurappa

The Lokayukta police on Monday filed three more cases against former Chief Minister B.S. Yeddyurappa and other officials. They are part of the 30 cases of land denotification where the CID has found prima facie evidence to book cases.

Mr. Yeddyurappa has been booked under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, for denotifying 2.36 acres of land in Banashankari V stage, Uttarahalli village, 4.08 acres in Jnanabharathi Layout, Valagerahalli village, Kengeri hobli and two acres in Arkavathi Layout, Rachenahalli village.

The three parcels of land were denotified by Mr. Yeddyurappa in 2010.
