Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) has commenced issuing pre-printed concessional passes for the academic year 2017-18.
It has also started issuing smart card-based student concessional pass in selected BMTC and Bangalore Centers. It is available at Kempegowda Bus station, Kengeri TTMC, Shivajinagar Bus station, Domlur, Banashankari, ITPL, Jayanagar, Vijayanagar TTMC, Koramangala, Yeshwantpur TTMC.
Student pass smart cards are also available at Bangalore One Centers in J.P. Nagar Main, Sanjaynagar Main, Nagarbhavi Main, Jeevanahalli, Rajajingar Main, K.R. Puram Mini, R.T. Nagar Main, Kavalbyrasandra, Indiranagar Main, Malleswaram, Kodigehalli, Basaveshwaranagar LIC Colony and Arkere.
Students have to follow the regular procedure of filling the application form and submitting the attested copy of the application form (with recessionary documents) to get the smart card pass.
