Security heightened in Karnataka

Security has been heightened in the state following terror attack at Bodh Gaya in Bihar on Sunday.

Additional Director General of Police M.N.Reddi said all Commissionerates and heads of district police have been instructed to review security, patrol the sensitive areas and provide security cover to religious places and vital installations.

Jurisdictional police officers have been instructed to be on alert and intensify patrolling in their area to monitor law and order situation.
