Man killed in road accident

A 34-year-old motorycle rider was killed on the spot while his friend, riding pillion, sustained injuries after a car knocked them down at Byatarayanapura Circle in Hebbal early on Monday. The deceased has been identified as Madhusudhan, a resident of Jakkur Layout and a car driver by profession.

According to the police, Madhusudhan was riding near Byatrayanapura Circle on B.B. Road when the incident occurred.

The car driver fled the spot after abandoning the vehicle. The Hebbal traffic police have registered a case and are investigating.
