Four school managements appear to be in the dock as they have not been granted permission to run high school for the 2019-2020 academic year.

According to the data with the KSEEB, 34 students are enrolled in these schools and they may have trouble writing the SSLC examinations. While two of these schools are in Vijayapura district, one is in Tumakuru district and another in Mandya.

V. Sumangala, Director of the board, said that none of these school managements had approached the board. “If the students approach us, we will make alternative arrangements for them,” she said adding that the department’s officials had submitted reports stating that these schools are not functioning.
