A 22-year-old construction labourer was murdered in HSR layout on Sunday night.
The deceased, identified as Kumar Mehta, was a native of Bihar and was working as construction labourer for an under-construction apartment in HSR layout. He was living in a shed near-by.
He was murdered while returning home after work.
The incident came to light when passers-by noticed his body and informed police. Kumar was bludgeoned to death using a cement brick, the police said.
The police are investigating further to ascertain the cause of murder.
