June 27, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 05:32 am IST - Bengaluru:

Bhaskar Rao announced handing over of the probe into corruption charges to Central Crime Branch Joint Commissioner Chandrashekar, questions about conflict of interest have been raised. The charge sheet is yet to be filed. There is a conflict of interest," an official, who was part of the team that arrested the special DC, said.
