Karnataka Legislative Assembly Speaker Kagodu Thimmappa is not happy with the State Government’s recommendation of candidature of Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) Commissioner T. Sham Bhat, for the post of the Chairman of Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC).

“The Chief Minister has not done the right thing” in recommending Mr. Bhat’s name to the post, Mr. Thimmappa told presspersons here on Tuesday.
