As part of a pilot initiative, the Directorate of Urban Land Transport (DULT), the Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) and the Bengaluru Bus Prayanikara Vedike will be holding a ‘Sarige Adalat’ (grievance redressal meet for BMTC commuters) on Monday at 3 p.m. at the Shivajinagar TTMC.
DULT Director V. Manjula, BMTC Managing Director Ekroop Kaur, senior officials of BMTC, Transport Department, Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike, and traffic police will take part in the meet.
