Workshop on child labour

Coordinated efforts by all concerned and stern action against those violating rules would help in elimination of child labour, District Collector N. Yuvaraj has said.

He was speaking at a district-level workshop capacity building and awareness for enforcement officers for elimination of child labour and protection of child rights organised with the support of UNICEF.

Deputy Commissioner of Labour R. Srinivasa Rao, Assistant Commissioner G. Lakshminarsaiah, deputy DEO Renuka and representatives of several NGOs participated.
