A new weekly express train, announced in the last budget, will be operated between Visakhapatnam-Chennai-Visakhapatnam (no. 22801/22802) with effect from January 23 and another AC weekly superfast express between Secunderabad - Visakhapatnam – Secunderabad (No.12784/12783) will be operated with effect from January 24.
Train no. 22801 will leave Visakhapatnam on Fridays at 7 p.m. and reach Chennai Central on Saturdays at 9.35 a.m.
In the return direction, 22802 will Chennai leave Central on Saturdays at 9.10 p.m. and arrive in Visakhapatnam at 11.30 a.m. on Sundays, according to a statement issued by Senior Divisional Commercial Manager of Waltair Division M. Yelvender Yadav.
Train no. 12784 Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam AC super-fast weekly express will leave Secunderabad on Saturdays at 5.55 p.m. and will arrive in Visakhapatnam on at 6.50 a.m. on Sundays.
In return direction, train no. 12783 Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad AC superfast express will leave Visakhapatnam at 7 p.m. on Sundays to reach Secunderabad on at 7.40 p.m. on Mondays.
