The two-day ‘ The Hindu Living Spaces-2018’ a property show which began here on Saturday at hotel The Gateway on Beach Road evoked an impressive response.

Several people thronged the venue to find out various features of the properties displayed at the exhibition. The show continues on Sunday and is open to public from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Entry is free.
Inaugurating the property show, Visakhapatnam Port Trust Chairman M.T. Krishna Babu said exhibitions on real estate ventures would give an opportunity to prospective buyers to know about various options available.
He said exhibitions of this nature enable showcasing various ventures under one roof and called for regular organising of such events.
CMR Group Managing Director Mavoori Venkata Ramana applauded the efforts of The Hindu in bringing a variety of real estate ventures including plots in mega gated communities in layouts and a wide range of apartments and villas.
The properties stretch from Tagarapuvalasa and Pusapatirega to Chodavaram, Kottavalasa, Anakapalle and include apartments on the coveted Beach Road, Seethammadhara in the heart of the city and the hot destination for flats at Madhurawada.
‘Well-organised’
“The show is well-organised. I am looking for apartments in some localities and got information at the show. I will look at the options in the next few days,” said V. Nagabhushanam of Lawson’s Bay Colony who visited the show in the evening.
