Training for doctors concludes

A three-day management development programme for senior doctors and managers of the Sankar Foundation concluded on Friday.

The intensive management development programme for key decision makers was conducted by a management expert from Hyderabad at the Sankar Foundation premises here. The participants were key decision makers such as senior ophthalmologists, head of departments and senior managers.

The decision makers deliberated on subjects relating to smooth running of the foundation in which topics like demand generation, human resource management, financial management, including pricing and costing, were discussed at length. The workshop had a session on use of measuring tools and techniques for data driven decision making, according to a statement issued here.
