Stop magnifying trivial issues: Ayyanna

May 01, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 06:02 am IST - VISAKHAPATNAM:

Taking a dig at mediapersons, Minister for Panchayat Raj and Rural Water Supply Ch. Ayyanna Patrudu said that the media should focus more on bringing awareness on government policies and schemes rather than concentrating on tracking down the political rivalry between politicians. “HRD Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao and I work together as a team and we do not have any differences as glorified by media.

I wish that media should change this trend of magnifying trivial issues and concentrate more on addressing bigger problems as it is considered as a powerful tool to bring about positive change in society,” said the Minister.
