The people of the city appear to have lost faith in people’s representatives and political movements as there is hardly any voluntary attendance at any of the political events, former Anakapalle MP Sabbam Hari has said.
A few political leaders to further their own political career sabotaged the people’s movement, especially the protests against the bifurcation of the State.
This has contributed to the disillusionment of people and their losing faith in the political leadership in general, he said.
