Even as the South Coastal Andhra Pradesh and North Coastal Tamil Nadu are recovering from the aftermath of heavy rains in the last one week weatherman forecast heavy to very heavy rain at isolated places over Tamil Nadu and Pudducherry.
The North East Monsoon along with a low pressure system over the Southwest Bay of Bengal off the Sri Lanka coast combined with the low pressure area over south east and adjoining east central Arabian Sea is likely to bring rains to South Coastal Andhra Pradesh and the North Tamil Nadu Coast on Sunday.
On Saturday rain or thundershowers occurred at many places over Tamil Nadu and Pudducherry and Coastal Karnataka and at a few places over Lakshadweep, at isolated places over Konkan and Goa, North interior Karnataka, Rayalaseema and South Coastal Andhra Pradesh.
