A large number of sportspersons and students from various schools and colleges participated in the Olympic Day run organised by Olympic Association Visakhapatnam (OAV) on Beach Road here on Friday.
President of Andhra Pradesh Volleyball Association and Visakhapatnam West MLA P.G.V.R Naidu flagged off the run.
Former Olympian M.V. Manikyalu, president of OAV T.S.R. Prasad, CMR group MD Mavuri Venkata Ramana, Director of Sports of GVMC Y. Srinivasa Rao, District Sports Development Officer June Gallyot took part in the run.
