NABL training programme ends

In all, 54 faculty members of pathology, microbiology, and biochemistry have undergone training at a four-day workshop conducted by the National Accreditation Board for Laboratories of New Delhi at AMC.

The workshop concluded on Friday and AMC Principal S.V. Kumar gave away certificates to the participants and hoped they would put into practice the concepts of quality and facilitate accreditation procedures in the diagnostic departments. The training was conducted under the aegis of Medical Education and Learning Point. Chief Coordinator of NABL Anil Saini, faculty member Vamsidhar, HoD of Microbiology and local coordinator P. Bala Murali Krishna, National IMA award winner for Quality Laboratory Education and pathologist Neeraj Jain, who is the lead faculty, and microbiologist and senior faculty Rohini Kathan conducted it.
