Many areas to go without water tomorrow

On Monday, many areas in the city would have no water with the main supply station, Town Service Reservoir (TSR), being shutdown for maintenance following the scheduled shutdown of the TSR Electrical Sub Station by the AP Eastern Power Distribution Company Ltd.

The APEPDCL has scheduled maintenance work at the TSR Sub Station between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Monday, according to a statement issued here by the Commissioner of GVMC. The GVMC water supply section would take up maintenance of the TSR reservoir during the same period.

There would be no water supply in CBM Compound, Ram Nagar, Kailasmetta, Asilmetta, Siripuram, Pandurangapuram, Kirlampudi Layout, China Waltair, Shivajipalem, Old Resapuvanipalem, Maddilapalem, Kalabharati road, Rama Talkies, Dwarakanagar lanes 1 to 6, Srinagar, Peda Waltair, AU Out Gate, New Resapuvanipalem, Siddhardha Nagar, Amar Nagar, Ashok Nagar, Vijayanagar Palace Layout, and Pitalavanipalem.

There would be no supply in Allipuram, Kobbarithota, Jhandachettu Veedhi, Bhupesh Nagar, Dondaparti, Lalithanagar, New Colony, Jagannadhapuram, TSN Colony, Masjid Area, Shantipuram, Madhuranagar, Sitampeta, Rajendranagar, Ganesh Nagar, Naiduvari Veedhi, Srihari Veedhi, Srinivas Veedhi, V T College, Gurupula Sandu, Harijana Veedhi, Bapuji Veedhi, Marwari Veedhi, Salipet, Maharanipeta, Jagadamba Junction, Prakashraopeta, Pitanidibba, Kotha Road, Poorna Market Main Road, Raja Ramamohan Rao Road.

Water supply would also be affected in Adarshnagar, Lawsons Bay Colony, Peda Jalaripeta, East Point Colony, MVP Colony sectors 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 10, 11 and 12, Mangapuram colony, Rajivnagar, China Polamambagudi, Prashanti Nagar and Doctors Colony.
