‘Make a career in Space Science’

In connection with the World Space Week celebrations, Delhi Public School, North, organised a programme on Tuesday.

It was meant to introduce students to Space and Rocket Science and build awareness on the subjects.

Scientist in Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre S.V.S. Narayana Murty, who attended the programme as chief guest, explained the fundamentals of Rocket Science and Space and the development of Rocket Science in India to the students.

He gave a presentation on rocket integration, remote sensing and communication satellites, and inspired the young minds to consider Space Sciences as one of the promising career options in future.
