Lok Satta on Monday launched a postcard campaign demanding a judicial inquiry into the land scams in Visakhapatnam district.

According to State president of the party Bhisetty Babji, 2761 post cards were addressed to the Chief Justice of the A P High Court voicing the demand.

He wanted the Mudapaka issue, where farmers were allegedly duped in the name of land-pooling, as well as irregularities in the other parts of the district to be included in the ambit of the probe.

State steering committee member of the party M S N Murthy and city coordination committee president K. Sambasiva Rao were among those participated in the postcard campaign.
