Director in-charge of Gitam School of Gandhian Studies, Gitam University B. Nalini has been awarded the coveted Fulbright-Nehru Academic and Professional Excellence Fellowship-2017. She will be a visiting Fulbright researcher at the Department of International Studies, University of Nebraskaworking on the project ‘Resilience and identity reconstruction of the Winnebago tribe: Implications for rehabilitation of the tribal oustees of development induced displacement’.
Dr. Nalini has been working in the teaching and research fields since 2004. Earlier, she also received Best Teacher and Best Researcher Awards. GITAM University Chancellor K. Ramakrishna Rao, Vice-Chancellor M.S. Prasada Rao congratulated Dr. Nalini on her achievement.
