Former India cricket captain Kapil Dev said that Indian cricket has evolved magnificently over the years. Speaking about Indian team's first test series victory in Australia, the 1983 World Cup Winning captain said that he was extremely happy and delighted on the overseas test victory, on Monday.

The former Indian All-rounder was the chief guest for the valedictory function of T-10 Cricket league organised by the realtor and YSRCP leader M.V.V. Satyanarayana, here on Tuesday.

Speaking during the event, Kapil Dev said that he was overwhelmed with the love showered on him from the spectators in South India. He said that he always loved South India and cherished the support from fans over here. Kapil Dev gave away the prizes to the winners.

A large number of youngsters thronged the event to click selfies with him.
