A.P. State Government Contract and Outsourcing Employees' Federation on Tuesday threatened to paralyse work in all government offices if the G.O. No. 3 was not implemented in all departments, including 108 and 104 Services, Rajiv Vidya Mission, ANM-II, IKP and Endowments, said Bhoopal, state general secretary of the federation.

Addressing a press conference here, Mr. Bhoopal alleged that some 50,000 outsourcing employees out of 5.5lakhs in the State received the benefits as per GO. 3.

He said that the federation had already launched a signature campaign, and also planned to stage dharnas across the State after submitting a memorandum with one lakh signatures to Chief Minister in August.

He said that the government released GOs 4271and 4459 in the past promising PF, ESI, leave and disbursement of wages every month. But, wages of some employees were pending from four to six months.
