The nurturing of the maiden batch of eight startups under the Fintech Valley Vizag accelerator programme has been completed successfully.

This was the first cohort programme conducted for 90 days in the city for eight startups Moneytor, FigPay, Incremint, Gyandhan, TAQBit, Nanobi, Heckyl Technologies and iProov selected after a rigorous screening. Two of them have been selected to work with the State government. Talent development was the hallmark of the programme by involving university students on live projects.

“We are taking several initiatives to make Fintech Valley Vizag the epicentre converging finance and technology to create a world-class ecosystem. Our focus is on new age technologies like blockchain and analytics,” J.A. Chowdary, Special Chief Secretary and IT Adviser to Chief Minister, told The Hindu .
