All India Charminar Sports Academy of Hyderabad is organising its inaugural all-India schools prize money chess tournament in Hyderabad from October 20 to 25.
Prize money for the team finishing on top is Rs. 2 lakh and the second and third placed teams will receive Rs. 1.5 lakh and Rs. 1 lakh respectively, general secretary of the academy Francis Dais has said.
The top 100 players will also receive cash awards.
The academy will provide food and accommodation to the outstation players.

Last date for registration of membership is October 10. Schools, associations, clubs and individual players can send their entry through email tochaminarsportsacademy@gmail.
