Blood donation camp held

To help blood banks deal with seasonal shortage, Rotary Club Visakha Port City organised a blood donation camp at Samsung Plaza, Dwarakanagar, on Monday.

President of the club P.L.K. Murthy called for better participation among volunteers, dispelling myths associated with the gesture.

Proprietor of Samsung showroom A.N. Gopal and other team members and volunteers contributed to the cause.

The units collected were handed over to Rotary Blood Bank.

Secretary of the club R. Ramakrishna Rao and secretary of the blood bank D.S. Prakash Rao participated.
