All set for ICET

Minister for HRD Ganta Srinivasa Rao will pick the set of questions at 6 a.m. on Saturday at Andhra University for the Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (ICET) 2015.

Chairman of AP State Council of Higher Education L. Venugopal Reddy, Vice-Chancellor of AU G.S.N. Raju, Rector E.A. Narayana, Registrar V. Umamaheswara Rao will be present, convenor of ICET 2015 Ch.V. Ramachandra Murthy said.

All preparations are in place for the test (for admission into MCA and MBA courses in AP) to be held at 136 test centres and 16 Regional Centres. The test will commence at 10 a.m. and no candidate will be allowed inside the examination hall after 10 a.m., Prof. Murthy said. The candidates are advised to be present at their respective examination centres by 9 a.m. They will be allowed inside the examination hall at 9.30 a.m. A total of 78,755 candidates have registered for the test and Vijayawada Regional Centre has the highest number of candidates 8,896.
