RINL puts up good show

The Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited has registered a sales turnover of Rs. 13,527 crore including exports of Rs. 750 crore during 2013-14 registering a 25 per cent growth apart from a 4 per cent growth in Liquid Steel (3.4 million tonnes) and Saleable Steel (3.01 million tonnes) besides achieving best techno economic parameters in various areas.

RINL Chairman-cum-Managing Director P Madhusudan complimented the RINL collective on achieving the creditable performance in 2013-14 despite sluggish market conditions. He observed that team work and coordinated efforts helped the organisation to achieve this performance in a difficult year. He was addressing the senior officials of the company on the occasion of the start of the new financial year on Tuesday.
