HP Gaurav Awards presented to employees

The HP Gaurav Awards were given away to 20 employees of the public sector petroleum major Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) on Thursday night.

The awards, instituted to recognise and reward excellence in work, outstanding commitment, improvements in productivity and cost reduction in refinery operations, were given away by V.V.R. Narasimham, General Manager in charge of Visakh Refinery. He hoped that these awards would motivate other employees to excel in their work areas and contribute to improving productivity, according to a statement.

Award of excellence

Award of Excellence was given to Raja Kumar, D. Rajeswara Rao, A. Raja Rao, P.S.V. Prasad Raju, Shaik Mastan Alisha, and Surendra Prasad.

Certificate of Excellence was awarded to V.S.S. Kameswara Babu, Krishna Rao K, G.B.S. Achuta Rao, E. Ramesh, R. Ravi Kumar, Ch. Lakshmi Narayana, B.S. Murali Krishna, M. Naresh Kumar, M. Arun Kumar, Ch. Uday Bhaskar, M.V. Satyanarayana, B.B.S.M. Aravindu, D. Nooka Raju and M. Srinivasa Babu.

Chief Manager (HR) J. Jayaraj welcomed the gathering and Chief Manager (training) M.J. Satya Rao proposed a vote of thanks.

Top management, senior functionaries, and families of award recipients were also present.
