Two-day lifestyle exhibition gets under way

Designers from all over the country are showcasing their products

d’sire, the country’s most premium lifestyle exhibition, was inaugurated at A Convention Centre with best couture, exclusive garments and jewellery and home decor products, on Tuesday.

Designers from all over the country are exhibiting their products in the two-day expo. Visitors can choose from latest jewellery designed by experts, trousseau, lifestyle upholstery and accessories, said organiser Anita Agarwal.

“Seventy stalls have been arranged. Designers, weavers and traders from Mumbai, Benares, Delhi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Jaipur, Ladakh, Hyderabad and other places are participating in the exhibition,” said Ms. Anita.

Malini’s owner, Malini, a designer of Hyderabad, said all varieties of dresses and kids wear are available in the stall.

“B.Z Creations is known for handloom products. We have different varieties of saris and other garments,” said Bilal a weaver of Ladakh.

Coming to jewellery, wide range of necklaces, ear tops, studs, chains, bangles and other varieties were displayed in the stall arranged by Jewellery World of Usman Zariwala.

“We sell latest designs of jewellery and silver items for party wear and marriages,” said a jewel designer and and Jewellery World owner, Usman Zariwala of Mumbai.
