The Hindu – IOCL to celebrate Environment Day tomorrow

The Hindu in association with the Divisional Office of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) will celebrate the World Environment Day on June 5 at 20 petrol bunks of the public sector oil refiner.

Free pollution check for two and four-wheelers will be provided as part of the celebrations. The free pollution check campaign will be launched at M. Narayana Prasad petrol bunk at 9.30 a.m. on June 5. It will be up to June 10. Five other IOCL petrol bunks will offer the pollution check capacity. They are the ones at the Krishna District Lorry Owners’ Mutually Aided Cooperative Society petrol bunks at Nidamanuru, Ganguru and Gollapudi, Andhra Engineering College at Bhavanipuram, Sri Surya Filling Station on M.G Road. IOCL Chief Divisional Manager (Retail Sales) P. Kumaravel and Manager C.V. Chandrasekharan will be present at the launching of the campaign.
