In the gruelling election campaign, candidates need help from all sources and resources including the family members. Spouses, siblings and the kith and kin have taken time off from their work and commitments and joined in an all out effort to connect with the voters directly ignoring the summer sun.

Mr. Jayadev’s wife Padmavathy and mother Aruna Kumari have been campaigning for some time.

Rudrama Devi, who heads the Vignan Educational Institutions in Hyderabad, joined her brother Lavu Krishnadevarayulu (YSR Congress Party) in campaigning at Narsaraopet. Sporting a cap, she is involved in door-to-door campaign.
