‘Sizzler Festival’ kicks off

Hotel Fortune Murali Park in city has kicked off a ‘Sizzler Festival’ at its Oriental Pavilion restaurant.

The special menu put together as part of the festival will be served for dinner. Among other dishes, the festival offers a wide range of sea food and wine—lobster, pomfret, crab, prawns and squid and Red Snapper.

People have a choice of relishing a sauté with a variety of oriental sauce such as ginger, spring onion, shredded chilli, coriander flavoured with soya sauce and sesame oil. Other options include black bean, onion, garlic, coriander with oyster and soya sauce, sesame oil; fresh vegetable, broccoli or ginger, garlic, Szechwan sauce celery leaves, rice vinegar and sesame oil. In the main course, a bowl of rice or noodles will be served while there is choice in tandoor. The menu also includes an assortment of continental style of dishes.
