RTC to organise Karthika Masam tours from today

The APSRTC is organising ‘Pancharamalu’, ‘Trilinga Darshini’ and ‘Pattiseema’ tours for devotees during ‘Karthika Masam’.

The tours will begin from November 14.

The corporation will arrange darshan of Pancharama temples located at Amaravati, Bhimavaram, Draksharamam, Palakole and Samarlakota. Buses will begin from Pandit Nehru Bus Station (PNBS) on every Sunday and Monday, said APSRTC Vijayawada Regional Manager P.V. Rama Rao.

RTC has arranged one-day ‘Papikondalu’ tour from Pattiseema on Godavari River.

The bus will begin at 3 a.m. on Saturday and at 4 a.m. at PNBS. APSRTC has entered into an agreement with a private boat operator to provide boat ride to the devotees, he said.

Similarly, the ‘Trilinga Darshini’ tour will cover Yaganti Umamaheswara Swamy, Mahanandi and Sri Mallikharjuna Swamy devastanams at Srisailam. Advanced reservation system is available for all the tours and devotees can book tickets in the nearest bus station or with the APSRTC authorised ticket agents.

Special tours

Buses will be engaged for groups for the three special tours and individual tickets can be booked for adults and children separately.
