Models sashayed across Raavi multi-designer showroom on Bandar Road on Friday as part of a bridal pop-up show organised to mark the first anniversary of the showroom.
The two-day event showcased bridal wear of Kolkata-based WNM brand and city-based Vasundhara Jewellery. High-end designer saris and lehangas ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹3 lakh are on offer at the showroom. The organiser of the event, K. Madhavi, said in line with Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu’s endeavour to promote the brand image of Amaravati, the showroom had a collection of the works of 100 top designers across the country. This was mainly done to spare the local buyers the pain of travelling all the way to cities like Hyderabad, Chennai and Bengaluru for shopping, she said.
