Land donated for mid-day meal programme

The Maddipati Lakshmi Narayana Chowdary Trust (MLCT) of Denduluru in West Godavari district came forward to extend its support to about 10,000 schoolchildren in the nearby villages by offering an ₹1.5 crore worth two-acre land and a building for mid-day meal programme. MLCT Managing Trustee and Chairman of Ramesh Hospitals Maddipati Seetha Rammohan Rao met CM N. Chandrababu Naidu and and promised to build a facility for cooking midday meal.
