Farmer hacked to death in Avanigedda

A mango farmer, Kota Venkata Krishna Rao (41), was allegedly hacked to death by his neighbour, A. Narasimha Rao, when the deceased refused to give his electric motor to draw water for his mango orchards at Vekanuru village in Avanigadda mandal in Krishna District on Tuesday.

The accused is at large, said Avanigadda DSP Sk. Khader Basha.
